Expertise and professionalism
The team is overseen by Nicki and Dan, who each have over twenty-five years of experience in the field of social work, quality assurance, training and mainstream education - for the past eight years, they have managed large teams of ISWs to undertake assessments the length and breadth of the country.

The child's voice remains central to our work and our ISW's are supported to undertake direct work to ensure this is reflected within assessment. The mission of ABC is to provide high-quality support to those commissioning work whilst ensuring our professionals have tailored, ongoing support to meet our high expectations. We provide timely responses, court-ready reports (quality-assured in advance by our senior team), and the professionals we work with have been rigorously recruited to ensure their experience, skills and approach align with our ethos.
